    MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez de Chile (UAI) and lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).

    With 10 years of experience advising business families in Latin America. She has been a consultant for the Program for the Development of Government and Management Systems in Family Owned Companies in Peru for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He has advised more than 70 family businesses in Latin America from different economic sectors that bill between US $ 3 Million and US $ 200 Million annually. She has served as regional manager of Proteus, a Chilean consultancy specializing in family businesses. She has been an exhibitor of conferences and seminars for the Chamber of Commerce of Lima, National Society of Industries and Stock Exchange of Lima. She is co-author of the theories of the Dynamics of Business Families and organizational evolution, as well as its innovative and effective methodology, which are used by Dvalor to serve its customers successfully. She is the author of the Orión Holding Case, the same one that is used as a case study in the MBA program of the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Chile. He has written several articles related to the management and direction of family businesses and corporate governance for family-owned companies, being a contributor to the magazine América Economía. She is an arbitrator, counselor and director of family-owned businesses.

    With 8 years of experience advising business families in Latin America. He has been Head of the Consulting Team and Principal Consultant in the Family Business Program created by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He worked as a consultant at Proteus Management Consulting, a Chilean consultancy specialized in developing family protocols and professionalization of corporate governance, participating in strategic management projects, organizational development and industry analysis, to companies that develop activities in various industrial sectors of the Peruvian economy and Chilean He has been a member of the research team of the Family Business Center of the UAI. He has published articles in the most important newspapers in the country specialized in economic and business matters, being a contributor to the magazine América Economía. He has taken specialization courses abroad such as: "Acceleration process for SMEs" and "The Coaching Clinic" dictated by Impulsa Global; GOVERN "Training of Lead Directors for Corporations" and CEPA "International Workshop for the Development and Projection of Business Families", dictated by the UAI. He has also been a keynote speaker in the Conferences "Professionalization in the Management and Management of Family Businesses" and Workshops "Corporate Governance as a Strategic Management and Control System" as part of the IDB Family Business Program.
